Path List

The validity of the Category path list cannot be checked during the compilation step. The user has to ensure that Simcenter Amesim path list on the HPC platform contains all the libraries required for model compilation.

For studies with embedded user libraries, there are no extra settings. The category path list will be updated for the study execution with the embedded libraries, and will be cleaned up at the end of the job.

When using a .pck file in the context of an HPC simulation, and submitting the simulation thanks to the Simcenter Amesim HPC framework, Simcenter Amesim will automatically reuse the user libraries and data files, if it is possible (submodels to be recompiled, automatically done if possible).

If the user wants to use a submodel or a data file that is already available in a shared folder on the HPC cluster, then the PathList file needs to be modified to reflect this change. Please refer to Monitoring job execution to know how to change its location value. The user's home folder already contains a default PathList, in the .AMEPath file.
