Show only distinct OLH

Use this button to toggle the Database Contents display to show either all OLHs or only those which are distinct from each other (except for their seed values). For example, if your database contains two OLHs which are identical apart from their seed values, this button toggles between showing both of them, or only the first of them:

Show all OLH: 2 OLHs with 34 runs displayed.	Show only distinct OLH: 1 OLH with 34 runs displayed.
