A simple mechanical system

In this exercise you will simulate the system shown above.

This is a model of car suspension. We want to simulate the displacement of the wheel and the body when the car goes over a step.

Load  the model with the components shown in the figure above. This model is called QuarterCar.ame and can be copied from the Simcenter Amesim Run demo area as explained in the previous section.

Note this system contains two components of the following families:

• Signal duty cycle.

• Signal to physical unit.
