The Export Parameters Setup dialog box

Export setup Export Parameters Setup dialog box The Export Parameters Setup dialog box can be started in Parameter and Simulation modes through the menu path Interfaces > Export setup. The figure below shows this dialog box.

As you can see, Input Parameters, Simple Output Parameters and Compound Output Parameters are organized each with their own tabs.

The Export to an external tool Export to an external tool check box and Export format Export format list are useful only if you intend to interface Simcenter Amesim with iSIGHT or Optimus® (this is described in Interfaces with iSIGHT and Optimus).

At any stage you can save your setup using the Save button. Note that it will not close the dialog box. To do this use the Close button. If any unsaved changes remain, Simcenter Amesim will ask you whether or not you want to save these changes.
