New submodels

EMDSCIML12V01: New Squirrel-Cage Induction Machine (SCIM) with detailed losses and non-linear inductances - rotor flux frame (ELE-14785). This new submodel is an advanced version of EMDSCIM12 offering electro-thermal accuracy through detailed loss modeling and non-linear inductance representation. Key enhancements:

  • Discretized thermal modeling of winding and cage losses using multiple thermal elements.

  • Temperature-dependent DC losses for winding and cage.

  • AC losses defined as functions of current, temperature, and user-defined variables.

  • Sector-based iron loss modeling for improved spatial resolution.

  • User-defined input port for flexible loss parameterization.

  • Non-linear inductance modeling for magnetizing inductance, stator winding leakage inductance, and rotor cage leakage inductance.
