Configuring HPC in the Simcenter Amesim GUI

You must configure the HPC machine connection details in Simcenter Amesim in order to access HPC from the Simcenter Amesim interface.

You can add the HPC configurations in two ways:

• Manually enter configuration details.

• Import a configuration file which has previously been exported from an already-configured Simcenter Amesim instance. Figure 10: Importing a configuration file

Note

We advise IT administrators to export a configuration file containing only server details (hostname, port number, fingerprint, project working directory if applicable...), and excluding user details. This file can then be distributed to users to simplify their initial configurations.
