During model building

Detecting algebraic loops in early phases of model building has never been so easy. When compiling a model, if this model embeds an algebraic loop, the System Compilation window will be displayed automatically, and some information will be presented on the number of algebraic loops and generated implicit variables to cope with these loops.

Note that as soon as there is an algebraic loop in the system at least one implicit variable will be generated in the system. The arrows allow you to display/hide the algebraic loop on the sketch and center the sketch on the loop you want to focus on.

Note that if several loops are embedded in a same system, the arrows will allow you to navigate through the different loops.

Early detection of algebraic loops in Parameter mode allows you to eliminate these loops and take corrective actions during the design phase of the model. When dealing with multiple loops, the process can then be made in an iterative way, breaking algebraic loops one by one and verifying that the corrective action has been successful when recompiling the model.
