Using the Activity Index

To use the Activity Index, you must select the Activity calculations check box in the Run Parameters dialog box:

Next, you must recompile the model and run a new simulation. Now, when you open a Variable List dialog box, or use the Contextual View, an energy management variables folder is present in the list:

You can either plot these variables directly, or use the Analysis > Power, energy, activity Analysis Power, energy, activity menu item:

On the Activity tab, you will see a list of all the activity variables defined in the model.
