General description for HYD Fluid Properties

We assume that all transformations are isothermal. The temperature of the fluid remains constant and can be set by the corresponding parameter of the fluid properties submodel.

The TB117 deals with elementary, elementary with calculated viscosity, advanced, advanced with calculated viscosity and advanced using tables type of fluid properties.
