Save results as experiment

Once a run has been completed, you can save the results as an experiment. When you click the button in the Run monitor, you can choose to embed the experiment in the circuit's .ame file, or save it as a linked experiment, in the location of your choice.

• Save as linked experiment: When you select this option, a file browser opens allowing you to specify the destination folder for your experiment. A default name is provided, containing the system name, and the current date and time. You can edit the name as you require.

• Save as embedded experiment: When you select this option, the experiment is saved in the circuit's .ame file.

When you select either of these options, the experiment is immediately created and appears in the Experiment view.

A linked experiment is displayed in italics. If you hover your mouse cursor over the experiment the tooltip indicates where the linked experiment is stored.
