Submodel code obfuscation

Before the compilation of submodels, the C code is partially modified in order to hide the original submodel name, which can appear in warning or error messages during the simulation. Any message coming from a constituent submodel will be seen as coming from the encrypted supercomponent by the end user.

Information clearly visible in compiled code is also hidden.
