Add text

Procedure

1. Click on the Text button  in the toolbar.

   Your cursor becomes a letter T.

2. Click on the sketch where you want to add text.

   The letter T will be transformed into a blank field.

3. Type your text.

   The text field appears on the sketch:

4. Click outside of the field to quit the editing mode.

Rotate text

Procedure

1. Double-click on the text to select it.

2. Click the mouse middle button.

   You have two possible orientations for the text you put on the sketch.

   Note You can also right click on the text and select the Rotate selection menu or use the Ctrl+R keys. Mirroring text is not allowed!

Move text

Procedure

1. Click on the text to select it.

2. Drag and drop the text to the new area.

or,

Procedure

1. Double-click on the text.

   The cursor becomes the selected text.

2. Click in the area you want to place the text.

Remove text

Procedure

1. Click on the text you want to remove.

2. Do one of the following:

   Press the Del or backspace key,
   
   
   Right-click and select Delete,
   
   
   Select Edit > Delete.
