Importing and Exporting data

Data import and export in the plot provide access to data from files and other applications.

You can load native Simcenter Amesim files such as any type of file containing simulation results and any type of table files. Once loaded, you can apply Plot functionalities to this data. It is very useful to create curves from data coming from external sources such as test.

To reuse the curve data in Simcenter Amesim or in an external application, it is also possible to save the data values in a table file format or to export them in a popular file format such as csv.

Exporting the data as an image or printing directly from a plot window allows you to insert the graphs in your reports.
