Panning the sketch

If you are working with a large system, not all of it can be contained on screen at a reasonable zoom level, especially on smaller laptop screens. As well as using the zoom tools to focus on specific areas of your sketch (see Zoom) you can click and hold the mouse wheel button to pan your sketch horizontally and vertically:

• Click the mouse wheel and drag the sketch to pan.

• Click the mouse wheel once to open the Bird’s eye view (see Bird's eye view). Note You can pan the sketch in the Bird's eye view window as well as in the sketch.
