Export to csv

This action allows you to save the data to a .csv file. When you select this option, a file browser opens allowing you to define a storage location.

Decimal symbol and Value separator

Under Windows, the decimal symbol and the value separator (also called the list separator) are defined by your region settings.

However you can select the decimal symbol and value separator to use in the exported .csv file via the Export options. Click the Options button to access the dialog box.

You can use the switches in the Additional column info Additional column info

CSV Export: Additional column info
group to set the following options:

• Model name: when activated, this option adds the corresponding model name for each column, but only if the exported variables come from different models.

• Variable description: when activated, this option adds the corresponding submodel instance, component alias, and variable title for each column.

• Result set: when activated, this option adds the corresponding result set for each column.

Note

Once a new setting for the export option is made, the settings are saved and used as default parameters.
