Power/energy summing capability

The Power, Energy, Activity window makes it possible to sum the values of selected variables in the window directly. The result is constantly displayed next to the bold text sum=.

Associated with the previously described sorting capabilities, this allows you to compute power/energy balances on the complete system, on subsystems or on selected individual components.

The sum tool considers the selected variables. Typically, if you only want to know the sum of the power or energy values from the R elements, you should only select the R elements from the list. If you want to consider all the R, C, I variables except the Resistive-Source RS variables, you should not select the RS elements in the list. If you only want the RS elements to be counted in the sum, you should only select them with no other types of elements selected.
