Grouping objects
if you have several objects in your Scene, you can group them together, so that they appear as a single element on the scene. To group a selection of objects, select them and use one of the following options:
Select Edit > Group.
Right-click and select Group.
Press Ctrl+G on your keyboard.

When several objects are grouped, handles appear at the corners of the group (with which you can manipulate the object’s dimensions) and the grouped object’s properties appear in the Object inspector.
Even if several objects are grouped, you can access their individual properties. When you double-click anywhere on a grouped object, a border appears around the group, and you can select any of the individual members of the group to edit its properties:

Here we have a group containing two rectangles, an ellipse, and two arrows. The ellipse is selected and its properties can be edited in the Object inspector.
Once several objects have been grouped, you can save the group as a single graphic primitive in a user toolbox. Right-click the grouped object and select Save:
You can then select a user toolbox in which to save the group as a new graphic primitive. The icon is automatically created:
Note
See The Toolboxes organizer for more information on creating toolboxes and adding graphic primitives to them.
To Ungroup ungroup a group of objects, use one of the following options:
Select Edit > Ungroup.
Right-click and select Ungroup.
Press Ctrl+Shift+G on your keyboard.
