Fill holes
CAD Import, Fill hole operation
Fill holes operation allows you to fill the holes that may be present in a sheet body.
Procedure
From the CAD modeling menu, select Fill holes to display a dialog box that will help you perform the fill operation,
Select the edges surrounding a hole from the 3D view and press the Fill hole button.The Select automatically adjacent edges from the first picked edge option allows you to easily select surrounding edges.

Results
The Remove hole edges if possible option will try to close the gap by extending the edges surrounding the hole. If this is possible, the result is a simple sheet in which no patch is visible.

Using Keep neighbor faces continuity option will generate a patch with faces that are continuous to the surrounding faces of the hole. The resulting surface will have a smooth aspect.
Note
You can undo the fill hole operation. Close the Fill holes dialog to enable the undo and redo buttons.
