Opening the Modelica Editor

The Modelica Editor is a standalone window that you can use to create, view and modify Modelica libraries. To open the Modelica Editor:

Procedure

Select the Tools > Modelica Editor option from Simcenter Amesim.

This will open the Modelica Editor without any models selected.

Results

Alternatively, if you have opened a .ame file which already contains a Modelica component, you can right-click on the Modelica component and select Edit. This will open the Modelica Editor with that particular model selected.
