Linking an object with Simcenter Amesim results

You can easily link an object with Simcenter Amesim simulation results. To do this, position Simcenter Amesim and the Dashboard editor so that both are visible on your screen, and select the Simcenter Amesim component whose results you require. Now you can drag a variable from Simcenter Amesim and drop it onto the value field of an object in the Object inspector.

Here, we are dragging the displacement port 1 variable from Simcenter Amesim onto the y property value of an ellipse in the Dashboard editor.
