Fixed-step solver

We will start with the same Simcenter Amesim system used in the Simcenter Amesim/Simulink interface manual. You can find the Simcenter Amesim system (quartercar.ame) in the$AME\demo\Platform\MILSILHILRealTime\HiL\dSPACE directory. Before the model is exported to Simulink it is useful to test that the system can run with a fixed-step solver in Simcenter Amesim. To do so, you can temporarily switch to Open-loop simulation as the interface type in Sketch mode, and run simulations, before switching back to Simulink (model exchange).
