Update assistant tools

When used in Simcenter Amesim, an encrypted supercomponent is partially excluded from the Update assistant tools process. All constituent submodels having their code embedded in the supercomponent library are considered as independent and are not synchronized with newer versions of Simcenter Amesim. This means that an encrypted supercomponent created with a given version can work perfectly with a higher version.

It is the responsibility of the creator of the encrypted supercomponent to provide upgrades of the supercomponent, especially when a bug is found (and corrected) in one of the constituent submodels.
