Translation Logs Window

The Translation Logs window displays syntax and semantic error messages. The Modelica Editor performs a syntax check when a file is loaded, or while you are entering new Modelica code in the Text Editor. If the Modelica Editor encounters errors in the code, a message is displayed for the first instance of the error reading from the top of the file.

Double-clicking the error message in the Translation Logs takes you directly to the corresponding error in the Text Editor.

Once you have corrected an error, the next error encountered is signaled.
