Manage dashboards

Select Manage to open the Manage dashboards dialog box:

This window is used to manage any dashboards attached to the currently active system. If no dashboards have been created and attached to the system, the window is empty. Any dashboards listed in this window are also accessible through the Dashboards icon drop-down menu:

Clicking an entry in this list opens the dashboard directly.

If no dashboards are attached to the system, clicking the dashboard icon opens an empty Dashboard window. If any dashboards are attached to the system, clicking this icon opens the first dashboard in the list. You can use the Up and Down buttons to reorganize this list, to define which dashboard is opened by the icon.

The Manage dashboards window contains the following buttons:

  • Up: Move the selected dashboard up in the list

  • Down: Move the selected dashboard down in the list

  • New: Create a new (empty) dashboard

  • Delete: Delete the selected dashboard from the list

  • Copy from: Copy a dashboard from another active system

  • OK: Confirm your modifications and close the dialog box

Copy from

You can copy a dashboard from another active document and add it to the current system through the Copy from button. When you click this button, the following dialog box opens:

Here you can select which system you want to copy a dashboard from through the drop-down list. When you select a system, the dashboards saved in that system are listed. Select a dashboard from the list and click OK. The selected dashboard is copied to the current system, and appears in the Manage dashboards dialog box.
