Limitations

The developed Simcenter Amesim HPC modules currently have the following limitations:

  • No GPU support: Simcenter Amesim solver is not portable to GPU.

  • Interactive submissions are not supported by the template script.

  • Simcenter Amesim studies are not based on HPC job array features.

  • Not compatible with checkpoint/restart technology sometimes available on the HPC platform.
