Locked states status global change

Procedure

1. Select the part of the system of interest or select the whole system using Ctrl+A or Edit > Select all.

2. Use the right-button menu or use the Simulate menu. In either case select:

Unlock all states, or,

Lock all states.

Results

Note

The default is that all states are unlocked. This means all states are free to evolve during the stabilizing run.

If all states are locked, then the stabilizing run does nothing. All state variables will have their values as set in Parameter mode.
