Declared operands and constants from Tools menu or changing a submodel parameter

When you open the Expression Editor from the Tools menu, or when you change a submodel parameter, the Declared operands and constants tab displays any global parameters and any constants for the circuit:

If GP1, GP2 and GP3 are declared as global parameters for the model, they will also appear in the Declared operands list:

• GP1-GP2

• 12.3

• (GP1+GP2)/GP3

• sin(GP1)

• GP1*pi

• GP1**2

• GP2^2

• max(GP1,GP2/GP3,abs(GP1))

Simcenter Amesim Run will first check your expression. If it finds it is acceptable, it will enter the expression as a value of a parameter if you started the Expression Editor when changing a parameter.

The maximum size for an expression is 255 characters.
