watch variables exporting
You can export watch variables to a .csv file by right-clicking in the Watch pane and selecting Export variables to CSV file.
You can either export the currently-selected Watch variable (Export variables to CSV file) or if you have performed a batch run, you can export the results for each run in the batch to a separate .csv file in a sub-folder using Export all variables to CSV file.
Exporting a single Watch variable
A file browser opens allowing you to select a destination folder for the export. The default path is to the same directory as where the model is stored. You can modify this as required. The exported .csv file will contain all the watch variables present in the Watch variables pane.
The resulting file contains the following information:
Date and time of the export
System name
Exported variable data paths
Title of the exported variables
Units of the exported variables
Exported variable values
Exporting a batch Watch variable
When you have performed a batch run, you can export the watch variables for a single run by selecting a specific result set and then selecting Export variables to CSV file from the contextual menu:

Alternatively you can select Export all variables to a CSV file. A file browser opens through which you can select a destination folder for the exported batch variables. This will create a .csv file for each result set in a sub-folder:

Note
If you click on empty (white) space in the Watch variables pane, only the second option is available:
