Dashboard

This section introduces you to the  Dashboard  and provides a simple example to help you get started with the basic operation of the application.

The Dashboard is a 2D pre and post-processing tool which you can use to animate objects in a "Scene". The Scene is the part of the Dashboard where the objects to be animated are placed.

You can create animated representations of an Simcenter Amesim™ software simulation by creating objects in the Dashboard and linking them to the results of the simulation, allowing you to visualize the physical behavior of components according to the parameters you enter and the results of the simulation. Additionally, you can use Dashboard components to adjust parameters in Simcenter Amesim, and interactively control a simulation while it is being run.
