Exporting an Simcenter Amesim model on a Multicore Real-Time target
Some recent real-time targets supported by Simcenter Amesim are equipped with multiple cores. It is possible to benefit from these cores by adapting the standard "single core" export workflow at some points. This way, by decomposing a model into several subsystems, each of these subsystems can be exported and run independently on a dedicated core on the target, even with a specifically adaptedsolver step size if needed. As the overall CPU load is optimized, the risk of overrun is reduced for a given model complexity. This can prevent models from being oversimplified for becoming real-time capable.
Note
It is assumed here that the user is already familiar with exporting Simcenter Amesim models on a single core target and with the use of the Simulink interface.
