CPU times
It is interesting to compare the two techniques on the Quarter car example. Remember that an estimate for the CPU time is displayed in the Simulation Run dialog box when the run is complete. When this manual example was prepared, the following CPU times were recorded:

In the Quarter car example, the stabilizing run is much more efficient, but with other examples, the opposite might be true.
