Parameter mode

We go into Parameter mode to set-up the client and server. The parameters to set are the following:

Mode: defines whether the submodel will act as a server or a client. Note The application that contains the server must be launched before the client.
Server port: TCP port on which the server will wait for new connections. This value should be the same for client and server.
Sample time: only for the server. The time interval between two consecutive data exchanges.
Server hostname: only for client. The name of the machine to connect to. (localhost if the two simulations are on the same computer).
Output variable: initial value of outputs.
