Getting started with Simcenter Amesim Real-Time Simulation
Additional required step for RT-LAB export
RT-LAB export
For simulation using RT-LAB (OPAL-RT TECHNOLOGIES), one step is required before starting the actual export to the real-time platform. This is the separating of the Simulink system into the obligatory subsystems. The Simulink system must be split into one Console, one Master and zero or more Slave subsystems. For more details about this, please see the RT-LAB manual. If you have not yet gone through the RT-LAB example in the RT-LAB Users Guide, it is a very strong recommendation that you do that now. This way you can also verify that your RT-LAB installation is correct and functions well. The following description of Simcenter Amesim specific set-up assumes that you have a correct and tested general setup of RT-LAB.
For our current system, we split it into two parts: SC_UserInterface and SM_Calculation.
