Quick Start

When you select New from the App space drop-down list, the Quick Start dialog box opens:

The Quick Start dialog will also open when you click on the app button and the app drop-down list does not contain any apps.

The name you enter in the Project name field is the name under which the app will appear in the app drop-down list.

The wizard generates an app ready to be run, made up of several python and ui files. These are created based on the choices you make in the App Designer - Quick Start dialog.
