Component apps

When: a component app is typically created for user interfaces that are related to one component only (as well as supercomponents).

How: a component app is created or imported either through a right-click on the component:

...or it can also be created or imported through the toolbar of the Contextual parameters view window:

In both views you will see the component apps which are attached.

Component apps are saved as part of the .ame file (including all enclosed .ui, .py and image files).

Note

Whenever you copy and paste components on the sketch, the attached component apps are also copied.
