Warning
There is a known issue with the QtWebEngine on AWS: crashes can occur when you have not installed OpenGL. The workaround is to set the following variables:
Copy
set QMLSCENE_DEVICE=softwarecontext
set QT_QUICK_BACKEND=software
set QTWEBENGINE_CHROMIUM_FLAGS="--disable-gpu --enable-logging --log-level=0"
There is a known issue with the QtWebEngine (used in Simcenter Amesim for Client for Git, the Chat
Bot and some apps) on AWS and virtual machines more generally.
