Intel oneAPI compiler 2024.2.1 (or compatible version)

To set up the Intel oneAPI compiler for use in Simcenter Amesim, you must manually edit the icxvars64.bat script located at the root of your Simcenter Amesim™ software installation:

1. Edit icxvars64.bat and set INTEL_ONEAPI_ROOT to your oneAPI installation:

2. If your Visual Studio compiler is not installed in the default directory, then you must also set the Visual Studio installation directory:

On Linux, edit icxvars64.sh and export INTEL_ONEAPI_ROOT to your oneAPI installation.

Note

• You can also set the INTEL_ONEAPI_ROOT environment variable as a user or system variable instead of in the icxvars64 script, and the compiler will be found by Simcenter Amesim.

• In some cases, the oneAPI redistributable libraries are required in the simulation execution environment. We recommend installing them in all cases. For more details, refer to
