Teamcenter Share

Teamcenter Share Teamcenter Share is a cloud-based sharing platform. With this feature, all users of a project team work locally in their own Simcenter Amesim session.

The typical workflow is as follows:

1. User A works locally in Simcenter Amesim.

2. Once the work is finished, the user shares the modifications through Teamcenter Share (which works with the Siemens Connector) using the File > Teamcenter Share > Share menu.

3. The Teamcenter Share backbone propagates changes to all connected clients.

4. User B opens the Simcenter Amesim Teamcenter Share and specifies a local working directory.

5. User B obtains a local copy of user A's files, through the Teamcenter Share using the File > Teamcenter Share > Get menu. The files are automatically copied into the local working directory.

6. Once user B has finished working with the files, he or she saves the changes back to the cloud using the File > Teamcenter Share > Share menu.

7. The changes made are synchronized with the Teamcenter Share backbone version.
