Exporting tables

To export the values of the extracted curve in a table data file, click the Export table button. The Export table dialog box opens. The available export options vary according to the Table type you select (1D or M1D).

Here you can set the following options:

• X and Y axis properties: click the edit button to open the Axis properties dialog box where you can set the axis Unit, Title and Token. Note If the unit is already set in the Axis settings tab, it cannot be modified.

• Table path: Click the browse button to select a destination for the table. Note By default, the folder is set to the location of the image, and the filename is table.data.

• Edit in Table editor: Toggle this button to automatically open the generated table data file in the Table Editor.

Here you can set the following options:

• Slice axis properties: click the edit button to open the Axis properties dialog box where you can set the axis Unit, Title and Token.

• Slice selection: Here you can use the checkboxes to select the curves to include in the export, and edit the Value column to set the coordinate values of the third axis that is related to the curve.

• Table path: Click the browse button to select a destination for the table. Note By default, the folder is set to the location of the image, and the filename is table.data.

• Edit in Table editor: Toggle this button to automatically open the generated table data file in the Table Editor.

Here you can set the following options:

• X, Y and Z axis properties: click the edit button to open the Axis properties dialog box where you can set the axis Unit, Title and Token. Note If the unit is already set in the Axis settings tab, it cannot be modified.

• Slices reference: Use the drop-down list to select the axis you want to use as the reference. Note This controls whether the table is sliced horizontally or vertically.

• Table path: Click the browse button to select a destination for the table. Note By default, the folder is set to the location of the image, and the filename is table.data.

• Edit in Table editor: Toggle this button to automatically open the generated table data file in the Table Editor.
