Global changes of LA status

One of the most common changes is between free state and state observer. For this reason there is a quick way of doing a group of them.

Procedure

1. Select the part of the system of interest or select the whole system using Ctrl+A or Edit > Select all.

2. Use Simulate > Linear analysis > No states observer State observer no state observers or All states observer State observer all state observers .

Changing the status of an individual variable

Procedure

1. In LA mode click on the component or line in question to produce the contextual Variables window, or double-click to produce the Variable List dialog box.

2. Double-click on the item in the Status column to produce the menu.

3. Select the required status.

4. Click on Close to accept any changes you make.

With this version of the Variable List dialog box or contextual Variables window, you can also:

change a variable title,

plot graphs.
