Remove category

If you want to remove a category, it must not contain any component icons. To empty a category, see Removing components.

When the category is empty, you can remove it directly from the Category settings menu:

Procedure

1. Select Sketch > Category settings > Remove category.

2. Select the category you want to remove.

3. Check the Remove icon file checkbox if you want to also remove the files of the icon (.ico, .xbm).
