Windows to Linux cross-compiler

A Windows to Linux cross-compiler is supported on Windows.

No further configuration is needed since it is provided in the Simcenter Amesim distribution.

This cross-compiler uses GCC 7.4.0 and is configured for: Linux kernel 3.10, glibc 2.17, binutils 2.28.1. It is likely that the generated binaries will run on more recent configurations.
