Teamcenter Share Setup
To use the Teamcenter Share feature you must download the connector from the Teamcenter Share website and set up the license.
Obtaining the application
When an administrator sends you an email informing you that you have been granted access to Teamcenter Share, you can log in and download the application. You must use a web client to create and share projects.

After you sign in, you can create a project to share and select with the users you want to share it with.

Download
Procedure
- Download the SiemensConnectorSetup.exe installer from the Teamcenter Share web client at

Launch the executable file and accept the license agreement.
Accept the prompt enabling installation.
Restart your computer.
Results
Once installation is complete, the Connector will be accessible from the system tray:

Configuring the connector
Procedure
- Right-click on the icon to configure the connector:

You can enter a path to the local folder as required. This is the folder which will sync with the Connector.
Select a project from the collaborative workspace through the Select Projects button. This will list all the projects created by you, and any other projects shared with you.
Click the Select Software Domains button to select the file extensions that you want to sync.
Results
Note
You must select the Simcenter Amesim check box if you want to sync Simcenter Amesim models to the cloud, as shown in the screenshot below.

Licensing
The Teamcenter Share menu is only visible in the File menu when the user has a subscription for one or more licenses for 8 base products:
