Loading global parameters
When a list of global parameters is set for a Simcenter Amesim model, it is possible to save it in a file (in order to have a backup copy of it) or to load it into another model.
Saving global parameters
Procedure
- Right-click in the Global Parameters Setup dialog box and select Save all from the contextual menu.
A file browser opens.
- Browse to select a location in which to save the .gpl file.
Results
All the global parameters (and their groups, if present) will be saved.
You can also save a subset of your global parameters. To do this, use the Ctrl key on your keyboard to select the global parameters that you wish to save and select Save selection.
When you load the saved global parameters (for example, in a new system), the selected global parameters are created (with their parent groups, if applicable).
